  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact

  • Certain intimate wear items may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene reasons


Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned product, it will go through a quality check

  • After approval, your refund will be processed


Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your payment provider


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost


Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for refund. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
